The Ayurvedic benefits of Neem are well known throughout history. This medium to large sized tree grows all over India and its seeds and leaves have a particularly well- known bitter taste. Neem is also known as the Indian Lilac and it is very fair to say that this tree is an integral part of Ayurvedic medicine.
Whole wheat has been much spoken about, in the recent years, and there has indeed been a fair amount of reasons for it as whole wheat is ultimately good for the body and tastes just wonderful! One could even say that whole wheat is one of the healthiest foods on the planet!
